Reset Server Password

Follow these steps to reset your server password:

  1. Access your Client Area (Skip this step if you're already in the Control Panel).
  2. Open your Server's Dashboard.
  3. Select your Server and click Manage.
  4. Navigate to the Options Menu and scroll down to find the Root/Administrator Password section.
  5. Click on "Reset Password".

OS-Specific Instructions:

  • For Linux & Ubuntu-based distros: Select Root User.
  • For Windows-based OS: Select Administrator.

🔹 After resetting, you will receive the new password via email.


Change / Reset Client Area Password

To Change Your Password:

  1. Visit Change Password Page
  2. Enter your existing password and new password
  3. Click Save Changes to update your credentials.

To Reset Your Password:

  1. Log out of your Client Area.
  2. Visit Password Reset Page
  3. Enter your email address
  4. Click Submit, and a password reset link will be sent to your email.
